EPF announced payout dividend of 6.4%

傳公積金派息6.4%

(Kuala Lumpur 11 hearing) Employees Provident Fund (EPF) will be announced in the next week 2013 dividend payout ratio of 6.4%, higher than the 6.15% 2012 dividend payout ratio. 
"The Sun" reports that high dividend payout ratio showed EPF economic challenges facing the country in the prudent management of the Fund. 

Reported that a high dividend payout ratio would be 10Mil members welcome, especially in the 55-year-old who retired. 
"EPF's responsibility is to issue 2.5% dividend yield, but have increased in the last dividend payout ratio." 

Reported that 6.15% 2012 dividend payout ratio is the highest since 2004, while the EPF's total investment income in 2012 amounted to RM31.2 billion ringgit, comparing with the same period in 2011, achieved 13.91% growth rate. 

"As of December 31, 2012, a total of 6.4 million active EPF members and 502,863 employers to pay pensions; As of 2012, the fund size of 52.68billion ringgit."

（吉隆坡11日訊）僱員公積金局（EPF）將在下週宣佈2013年派息率為6.4%，比2012年的6.15%派息率更高。
《太陽報》報導引述消息指出，高派息率顯示，公積金局在國家面對經濟挑戰時審慎的管理基金。
報導指出，高的派息率將會受到1千360萬會員歡迎，尤其是在55歲退休的人士。
“公積金局的責任是發出2.5%派息率，但是在過去派息率都增加。”
報導指出，2012年的6.15%派息率，是2004年以來最高，而公積金局2012年的總投資收入達310億2千萬令吉，跟2011年同期比較，取得13.91%增長率。
“截至2012年12月31日，公積金局共有640萬名活躍會員和50萬2千863名繳納退休金的雇主；截至2012年，基金規模為5千268億令吉。”
